Fran Shaw of Chester Springs has recently been named CEO/President of Miller’s Insurance Agency, Inc located on Rt 113 in Downingtown. She has been employed by the agency since July 1979 where she started in a clerical position and obtained her property and casualty license in 1980. Ms Shaw transitioned to a Customer Sales Representive and handled various positions within the agency. While continuing education is mandatory, she also earned an additional designation of Certified Insurance Counselor in 1985. In addition to sales, Fran was involved in many of the management functions and was named VP, Agency Operations in 1991. She has continued her schooling while also attending classes at the Wharton School of Business. She will continue to follow the founding principles of the agency which is to provide superior protection for our clients while also striving continuously to exceed our client’s expectations.
